we Love these Muffins. Okay so I first tasted these scrumcious things 2 years ago at a MOPS event. Courtny had made them. I got the recipe and then never could remember it. Recently I asked for it and when she told me, One can of pumpkin and one box of any cake mix, I realized how gone my brain was. Anyway the kids and I got down to it and let mw tell you...I can't believe I waited 2 years. These are so good. You ought to try. So, thank you Courtny, these are a new family favorite.

YUM! I had something like this recently, but, it had chocolate chips in it. HEAVEN! Amazing what a can of pumpkin can do!! :)
I agree they are delish!!! And even better with choc chips or walnuts!
