Bizi's Pumpkin Patch 2008

This year we decided to try this huge pumpkin farm. It was awesome. First off, thank you Jesus, I couldn't have asked for a better day. It was one of those crisp but warm and sunshiney days! The kids, big and little, got to do slingshoting of pumpkins, a huge corn maze, and haystack pyramid, tractor rides, and not to mention search for enormous pumpkins! We went with our buddies Jason, Janielle, Riley and Lauren. We had a blast, Livi got little tired in the maze though. Afterwards we were STARVING and went to T.G.I.Fridays to eat...yum! This year I am truly thankful for the gorgeous colors sitting on my porch for me to gaze at!

These are a few of my favorites of Jacks and Livi Lou...

This year in Leiu of birthdays for Brandon and I, and Halloween, we decided to throw our 1st annual Murder Mystery Bash. It was a roaring 20's theme called "Murder at the Soggy Biscotti." It was so much fun, a learning expierience, but fun. The bad, we were waiting until the day of (Nov. 1st) to buy all the costume and decor because of Halloween discounts, and you can only cook so far in advance so a bit of stress fell on that day. The good, Brandon did an awesome job with the details and Er and I had fun planning, everybody dressed up great, and all went as planned. I highly reccomend throwing one of these especcially if you have a hidden acting passion! It was great. I'm thankful to all who came.

Halloweeny 2008

Oh Halloween, halloween. What to do? Get dressed up, take pics, feel nutty, eat candy, rush around to see family, and keel over. I still haven't decided what to do about this "holiday" with my kids yet, (good thing I'm so decisive...Olivia is 3!) This year we spent doing all of the above along with cooking 70 HUGE meatballs for a party the next evening. Crazy crazy. Anyhow here are some pics, love those cutie pies. Jones was BUZZ, Molls a dancing bear, Livi a pink puppy, Jack a frog, Me and "Titi" (auntie Erin) butterflies and Uncle Joe, well Crazy Uncle Joe!
